I have worked out for years. Ok well on and off for years. Problem was I was always getting bored (and lazy!) I had been running for about a year when I decided (with much trepidation) to tackle a half marathon. That is when things changed for me and I met the wonderful COACH KERR!! Lisa Kerr managed to inspire a very LARGE group of half marathon wannabes and turned us into half marathon RUNNERS!! She was so proud of us all and it made me feel so proud of myself!! I felt that I had my own personal run trainer and cheering section packed into one might lady!! And then she started bootcamp!! I was totally pumped. What else could this awesome lady teach me I wondered?!?!? Her classes offer a unique personal training experience coupled with the support of great people! It is always different and challenging. I feel stronger and more fit than I ever have before and more importantly I am NEVER BORED!! She has pushed me beyond the limits I had set for myself (and didn’t even know I had) and has even inspired me to tackle a triathlon and even a marathon!! This amazing lady is small but mighty and one hell of a great cheering section.

I have been a part of Lisa's bootcamp since the very first class she had. I was looking for something challenging enough to keep me motivated to lose weight. Trust me, I found it!! I know that each time I walk into that room, I'm promised a good, solid workout. Lisa has such a passion about health and fitness; she truly wants what's best for each of her clients. She is dedicated, motivating and an all around amazing lady.
